Important Service Hour Information:

Students are responsible for reviewing these requirements and restrictions for community service hours. Below are a few highlights, but be sure to read this document in its entirety.
Community service hours must be logged within 30 days of performing the volunteer service. Any hours submitted after 30 days after the service took place will be rejected.
Service hours can be logged in the summer. Do not wait until school starts to submit hours.
Once you submit your hours with your volunteer supervisor's name and email, they will receive an email from MobileServe asking them to verify your hours. It is a good idea to let them know they will receive an email. Students are responsible for following up with volunteer supervisors to ensure that their hours are verified. Hours not verified by the volunteer supervisor cannot be approved.
Multiple days of the same community service can be logged together in one submission. (For example, if you volunteer at a day camp during the summer for four hours every day for four days, you could log all 16 hours at the same time.) You must note the dates and hours each day in the description of what you did.
All service hours to count towards Distinguished Graduate and Community Service awards must be performed by December 31^st of senior year and submitted and approved by the end of January.

Check your school email for an email from MobileServe to claim your account. If you cannot find an email from MobileServe, click here and then click "Forgot Password" to get an email to access your account.
- Note: You MUST use your school email - not a personal email - for your MobileServe account.
Finish setting up your account.

Join any suborganizations you are a part of (NHS, NJHS, Key Club).
